Last updated: 25 August 2026. These terms apply to services supplied by Inspayer Limited.
Inspayer Limited provides independent business setup, website, domain and digital support services. We are not Companies House, part of the UK Government, affiliated with Companies House, or an authorised Companies House agent. Where you ask us to assist with incorporation, you authorise us to use an independent formation provider to prepare and submit information you provide. Companies House alone decides whether to accept an application.
Your selected plan runs for a minimum term of 12 months and is paid monthly. The total minimum commitment is the monthly price multiplied by 12. Your order summary will show the plan, price and included services before payment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable once the relevant work has begun, except where required by law.
Where formation is included, the standard Companies House online incorporation fee is included in your package. Additional, expedited, specialist, regulated or third-party costs are not included unless stated. You remain responsible for checking that the proposed company name, officers, shareholders, registered information and business activity are complete and accurate. We do not guarantee incorporation or provide legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice.
An eligible registered or virtual address may be selected as an optional £0 add-on during checkout where offered. It is subject to identity checks, service availability, acceptable-use rules and the address provider’s terms. A registered office must meet current legal requirements. The service does not create a Google Business Profile location and must not be represented as a staffed trading address where it is not one.
Plans include the website scope described at checkout and one eligible available .com or .co.uk domain for the first year. Premium, reserved, aftermarket or already-owned domains are excluded. We may propose a suitable alternative when a requested domain is unavailable. Your agreement and plan determine ownership, licences, handover and continued hosting after the initial term.
Depending on your plan, we may connect WhatsApp to your website, create or configure social media pages, and assist with a Google Business Profile. Third-party platforms control approval, verification and continued availability. Google Business Profiles are only available to eligible businesses; online-only businesses and virtual offices may be ineligible. We cannot guarantee verification, rankings, reach, enquiries or sales.
You must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals and any identity or verification evidence requested. You confirm that you have permission to use all names, logos, images and materials you supply. You are responsible for your business decisions, statutory filings after incorporation and compliance with laws applying to your business.
Any launch estimate begins after we receive all required content, information, access and approvals. Delays caused by missing information, third-party reviews or customer changes may move the launch date. Included revisions and ongoing updates are limited to the scope and fair-use allowances shown in your plan.
You may ask to cancel at any time, but payments remaining in the minimum 12-month term may still be due unless consumer law, these terms or a written agreement says otherwise. We may suspend work for overdue payments, unlawful use, non-cooperation or a serious breach. We will explain available renewal, continuation and handover options before the term ends.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Inspayer Limited is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or failures of third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. Questions, complaints and cancellation requests can be sent to lawhearts@gmail.com.
